We are looking for new members to join the MEFA Members Advisory Board. This is an opportunity for MEFA members to help shape the future of MEFA and play an active role in driving diversity, inclusion and meaningful change across our industry.
As a Members Advisory Board member, you will:
Attend 4 board meetings per year.
Provide a sounding board for the MEFA management team.
Advise on MEFA events and the Diversity & Inclusion Awards.
Help shape MEFA’s long-term strategy and future direction.
Act as a voice for members across the wider industry.
We are looking for representatives from all sectors of media and advertising, with a broad mix of backgrounds, experience levels and perspectives.
The appointment is for an 18-month term, starting in July 2026.
This is a voluntary role with no remuneration, but members will receive free attendance to all MEFA events and, most importantly, the opportunity to help create positive change across our industry.
As we are looking to build a board with a wide range of perspectives and experiences, selection will be based on a number of factors — not simply seniority or years of experience.
We a looking for a board that reflects the industry we serve, which is diverse, passionate, thoughtful and committed to making a difference.
